Last night's exercise, and last night's sleep, went a little better. Not a huge amount, but it could have gone far worse. I actually didn't have to slow to a walk in my short circuit and had some additional time to do a little extra.

Day 2
1) Exercise 10 minutes: Run
2) Mental Exercise 10 minutes: Solitaire Game of Set
3) 4 Fruits & Vegetables: Orange Juice, Carrots, Apple, Grapefruit
4) Sleep 7 Hours: Yup

Total for the Day: 4 pts
Total for the Period: 7
Goal for the Period: 115

It's good I got a four point day in. Today I'll be lucky, between an afterwork work party and [livejournal.com profile] josabry and her husband coming over tonight, to get two.
