Well after running through some diagnostics with darkwingjhu, it appears that my video card is giving up the ghost.

Now to decide whether I replace it, or just replace the whole damn thing.

Hopefully Xandrapolis' Planning Committee's computers are working better than mine. Maybe a techie would move to Xandrapolis?
