No exercise last night. I waited till 9 PM and promptly discovered I was running on a hockey rink. I then went in and decided to pull out one of my wife's old exercise tapes. Only to realize the words "for beginners," do not mean what I think they mean.

4) Sleep 7 Hours: Yup (though I may be fudging this one a little bit)
