He's quiet... too quiet
Mar. 21st, 2005 12:19 pmMatthew, now fully recovered from last week's stomach flu, was very pleasant this morning. He wasn't giggly happy or anything like that but he was quite happy to be left to his own devices while my wife and I moved around getting things ready for the day. That was a bit unusual.
Well around 9:30 or so my wife called me, telling me that the daycare called her saying that Matthew had been crying, regardless of what position he was in, ever since 7:30 or so. We had dropped him off there about 7:15. When trying to give him some formula, something that calms him down, he would take a few sucks and start screaming again. It seems he may be finally cutting his teeth.
Well she couldn't get over to him until early this afternoon, and he's been settled down since then, but we'll be arranging to provide tylenol for him since the daycare won't do it without a doctor's note.
All and all, an interesting Monday morning.
