hjude44 will share any sympathy for this, but I'm an album person. I'm used to listening to albums of music. Albums have a natural flow from track to track that provide a complete context and experience.
This past fall I ripped a bunch of my CDs onto my work computer (completely legit regardless of what the RIAA says) and hit the random button.
Now the music just feels wrong. Songs end and I can hear the opening chords of the next song in my head. What comes next in real life is not what's supposed to come next according to my naturally ordered world.
I fear change.
