Talking about upward mobility

Both my wife and I were climbers as children.

She, almost as soon as she could walk, began climbing on top of couches and using the top of them as balance beams.

My story's a little more crazy. When I was about two, my dad was working on the roof of the house, while I was playing in the yard. Unbeknownst to him and my mom, I climbed the ladder onto the roof.

Well it scared them half to death.

Our son is already showing the signs. He can't walk yet, but he's already climbing stairs...

Sigh..
