I said sure, and came up with a very flashy blaster named Commander Neon. On Tuesday night I got him through Outbreak (including the Isolator badge) and had him ready in Atlas Park for the evening's session.
Eventually we got a group of seven together, a couple blasters, a couple scrappers, a couple defenders & a tanker. It was a good time, at least I had one. I'm enjoying Energy's tendency for big flashy knockbacky stuff. Almost as much as I hated it when playing my scrapper with someone else's energy blaster.
Anyway, by the end of two and a half hours or so, we were all level 6 and I look forward to doing it again next week.
So, when we got home on Tuesday our phone was out. They've been doing work on the street so we figure they accidentally cut the line. We called our provider, Verizon, and they scheduled someone to come out and fix it last night.
Well I got a call in the morning, presumably the repair man, and then got home early to find the phone on. However later, I picked up the receiver and once again we had no dial tone. And by the end of the window, no one showed up. So I called Verzion again after the window closed and said "Where's my repairman?"
To which they didn't really have an answer.
Did I mention I'm scheduled to switch to Verizon for Cable & Internet on Friday?
